The selections and measurements shown on the invoice will be considered the final and correct ones. The platform is not responsible for any incorrect measurements resulting from customer input errors.
We only accept measurements submitted in writing or through the available selection options. The company is not responsible for any measurements provided by hand or through other unofficial methods.
Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date the order is received. Refunds are not available.We do not allow an abaya to be taken as a sample for sizing purposes.
Customer service is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.If our response is delayed, we kindly ask for your understanding due to the high volume of messages. We will respond as soon as possible.
The order processing time may take up to 60 days. By placing an order, every customer acknowledges and agrees to the store's order policy.
